Aladdin

Kid Jesus
Magi is damn near the perfect series (manga not anime). It has comedic relief, plot, character development, world building (its actually ridiculous) and top tier character design. The only reason it doesn't get a 10/10 is because of it's rushed ending, it left me slightly confused, ngl to you. Being middle eastern, Abrahamic and Arabic themed is sick, the mangaka pulled it off so well.
Personality

This guy is kid Jesus and I’m not even talking about his abilities, just his personality alone. First thing I noticed with Aladdin is how quickly he encourages Alibaba and Morgiana whenever they doubt themselves (I like how the self doubt these characters experience is realistic). He’s like that one bro you want in your corner when you’re going through tough times (tuff times neva last, shoutout to Bobs). Especially when the series feels like it has 3 MCs instead of 1.
He is naïve and does try to find the good in everyone at times which is a double-edged sword tbh. On one hand I want Aladdin to show the opps what’s good, but on the other, he is King Solomon’s son so it makes sense why he is the way he is. He is very young so he’s experiencing different things for the first time and I think Ugo plays a big part in why Aladdin has such an optimistic attitude.
All in all, he is a character who is heavily influenced by his environment and the people he interacts with. Who knows what would have happened if he met Judar instead of Alibaba. I have to be honest, he does have the typical Shonen “good guy” main character traits but it is understandable since the main story has a good vs evil theme to it.
Abilities

Now on to the main reasons why I call this lil breh Jesus. Aladdin is stacked with several different things that make him OP. These abilities are slowly revealed throughout the plot and eventually explains why he can do the things he can do.
First off, this guy is a Magi, the strongest type of magician who can draw unlimited energy from Rukh. All life, magic, energy and fate itself is made of up “Rukh”. This already makes him the top 1% in the series, everyone has an energy bar while the mc is just here spamming magic like no man’s business.
Being King Solomon’s son now makes him the top 0.0001%. He has “Solomon’s Wisdom” (because Solomon is just that guy), allowing him to communicate with both the living and the dead as well as seeing the past, present and future. Looking into the past through the Rukh also lets Aladdin have access to knowledge humanity has achieved in the past. That is MAD.
I can go into more detail about magic, metal vessels and Djinn but id never finish mannn. Just know his names Aladdin and he flies on his magic turban, making him a top tier mc.
Smoke
6/10, like i said before, he’s young and is the good guy/hero type of character. You’re not going to see him go all out against whoever he is fighting, especially if they are human. He could beat a good majority of the characters in the series if he really wanted to.
